NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 11, 2025, the Penn Valley Union Elementary School District is being held pursuant to Education Code § 52062 to encourage participation by parents, teachers, members of the community, students, and bargaining unit leaders on the 2025/2026 Local Accountability Plan (LCAP) for the Penn Valley Union Elementary School District and Vantage Point Charter School.

The proposed LCAP draft shall be available for public viewing three days before the meeting at the PVUESD Office at 10862 Spenceville Road, Penn Valley, during normal Business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The public hearing will take place during the June 11, 2025, scheduled Board Meeting. The Governance Workshop starts at 4:00 p.m., and the Regular Board meeting will immediately follow (approximately 5:00 p.m.) in the library at Ready Springs School, 10862 Spenceville Road, Penn Valley, California 95946.

All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard.
