Penn Valley Union Elementary School District

Welcome to the Business Services Department for Penn Valley Union Elementary School District. Our main goal is to support the financial decisions made by the School Board. These decisions are guided by the educational goals and objectives outlined in the District's Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP). They include:
  • Develop, revise and maintain the District's yearly budget
  • Provide financial reports upon request by the Board, employees and the community
  • Process payroll for all certificated and classified personnel
  • Purchase of all supplies and services
  • Oversight of various repairs
  • Payment of all invoices and employee reimbursements
  • Coordination of Health Benefits
  • National School Lunch Program administration
  • Transportation for students
  • Checking account reconciliations and district deposits
  • Attendance reporting to the State
